There’s a strong chance that you are on a fad diet or you know someone on a diet.

What do you know about the background and the research on that diet? Diets that restrict entire groups of foods can lead to chronic malnutrition in specific categories.

What’s the best diet? There isn’t one. The right diet is one that provides sufficient calories and nutrients and is easy to stick with. Consistency is key for long term change.

I found this article online and thought the authors did a fantastic job looking at quite a few diets. Take a few minutes to read the article. Find the diet(s) that most appeal to you and see what researchers have to say about it.

Even though I didn’t write the article, I still have my own opinion on nutrition. If you’d like to spend some time chewing (pun intended!) through your current goals and plans, please send me an email at 1ericwylie@gmail.com. I’d love to hear from you!

Have an awesome week! Make it healthy and fun!!
