Are you worried about Thanksgiving dinner? Worried about weight gain? Worried about how you’ll feel or of missing out?

I’m not worried at all. No guilt, no worries and plenty of fun. I might feel a little icky Friday morning, but that will pass quickly. I must have a plan, right? I do.

Think of this as peak week for a bodybuilder. I’m following a process, except the peak for me is Thanksgiving dinner.

– I’ve increased my water intake and I will make sure to have plenty of water, at least a gallon, Wednesday thru Friday.

– I’m also making sure I have plenty of fiber. That helps me feel full and keeps me regular.

– Every meal includes good, quality, lean protein and veggies.

– Cardio is slightly bumped up this week and thru Sunday.

If all goes as planned, I may well be at a lower weight come next Thursday. At the same time, I’m going to relax and enjoy the season!

You can do the same thing!!
