What I Do:
I offer one on one and semi-private coaching. During your sessions, we will work towards you successfully achieving your goals.  We start with your current beliefs, dreams and stories. (ie. your current condition.)  We craft clear goals and a flexible plan to realize those goals.  Your solution will be unique to your schedule, your needs, your body and your personality.  My focus is on helping you redirect your stress or anxieties from negative barriers to a healthier outlook.  If it fits your goals, you will also be moving some weights around, hitting some cardio conditioning and talking about food.

You will identify things that are important to you along with their priorities in daily life.  Learn to identify if your thoughts and actions fit your core values.  Push yourself out of your comfort zone and learn to create accountability to yourself and others.
 
Where I Work:
If you would like to work with me in person, I train through two different facilities in the Lakewood, WA area. Both are fantastic facilities with incredible staff. 
Studio Fitness is a fantastic, all inclusive, training studio just minutes away from the Lakewood Towne Center. If you’d prefer a little more privacy and don’t need childcare or a swimming pool, this is a great option. My rates range from $40 – $65 per session depending on the type and number of sessions.
  
The Lakewood YMCA is the perfect choice for anyone wanting more exercise options, wanting child care or desiring a more comprehensive program. My rates here range from $45 – $75 per session depending on the type and number of sessions.

 

Your training program will include:

  • Regular goal planning, review and coaching.
  • Custom, periodized (changing every week) resistance training program.
  • Real life, no nonsense nutrition guidance.  Learn to live an exciting new lifestyle.
  • Ongoing education on how to stick to your goals and action steps in the long run.
  • Access to a members-only Private Facebook group that will support and motivate you.
  • Weekly online and in-person (local clients only) check-ins.  You can’t change what you don’t measure!
  • YMCA clients also have the option of aquatic workouts and additional classes.

 

What I don’t do:

So before we go any further, let’s make sure we are on the same page. First and foremost, this isn’t for everyone. This isn’t for you if you…

  • Aren’t ready to exercise 3-4 times a week. 2-3 times with me and at least one on your own.
  • Want me to write a meal plan for you.  This is your life and your food preferences, not mine.  I won’t force a stock meal plan on you.
  • Want a quick fix or something ‘as seen on TV…’  Lasting change takes time.
  • Expect magical supplements and/or drinks.  They don’t work and you can do better.
  • Want a strict list of do’s and don’ts and someone to do the thinking for you.
