My Mission as a Health Coach

Online, individually or in small groups, we’re committed to better lives for our customers and inspiring them to do for others.  The excitement and hope of change for the better fuels our business every day.  We exist to create life change through education and excitement.

 

 

Who I Am

As a formerly overworked and obese IT professional, I’ve lost over 80lbs and kept it off for nearly a decade.  That personal experience, along with having provided nearly 5,000 hours of personal training sessions, makes me uniquely well qualified to help other business professionals.  I’ve traveled the world learning from the best trainers and coaches and continually seek to improve my own skill set.  In short, my approach comes from my own personal experience plus continuing professional education.

I still love great food and great workouts.  The two are not mutually exclusive and I fully enjoy both, though not at the same time!
